I have been coming to Amanda for all my tax needs for years now. She is always super knowledgeable and professional. Even though I currently reside in a different area, Amanda never makes me feel like I suffer from the distance. She goes above and beyond to make sure my questions are answered and she gives me her full and undivided attention while on Zoom meetings. She goes over everything with a fine tooth comb making sure everything is correct and I have included things I didnt even think of. When I became self employed, I knew there was only Amanda and her team that I could trust to make sure my business needs were met. I HIGHLY recommend and am forever satisfied with the team at Accountability Tax Services.

Absolutely the worst tax service ever. Negligent, unprofessional and scammy. For personal taxes this business rushed our taxes, charged more than we've ever paid and still made simple tax code mistakes that according to other tax professionals wouldn't even be made by a first year tax person. Costing us over 7k. For the business they charged every month for the bookkeeping and literally did maybe one month of work. When we pulled out books from them they were 5+ months behind. To charge for a service you must provide that service or else you are fraudulently charging. It's called delivery, and there was no delivery from this place. Not to mention the working hours are ridiculous. Hardly ever opened. Never answers the phone. This company told us more than 5 times that their internet was down for days on end. I'd be extremely wary of using or even consulting with this company.
