        Horrible customer service. The day of the install and at the time they were to to arrive no doubt, they call and say too bad, we don't have your water system to install. We'll call you when it comes in in a couple of weeks. I am absolutely furious.

        They left huge holes in the wall by the hot water heater. Very unprofessional! It cost me over $600 to there shoddy repaired!! Service: Water heater repair

        We had a water line leak. R.E.D. Plumbing was on it first thing on a Monday morning. Their response time and service was great. Andrew was out to make the repair in a very timely and professional manner. He and the whole staff are very friendly and efficient. I dont hesitate to call them with any of my plumbing needs.

        I had an underground water leak in the kitchen area. I called and they came out in a couple days. They sent Johnny out to fix it and he was wonderful!!!! He was very respectful of my house and especially the floor which was all tile. I would recommend RED anytime!!!
