        I highly recommend this business their customer service is second to none. The truck quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Dave has killed off the U-haul business in the Verde Valley due their pricing and service skills.

        Reserved a cargo van for making a move. Was assured in 3 different confirmations that the cargo van would be ready and available for pickup at specified date/location. At time of pickup, was told no vans were available and tried to pass off that my reservation was always a 10-foot box truck. Upon showing their confirmation of a cargo van, was met with oh well thats a middle man that does the confirmations. On top of this, the front desk was very rude and dismissive. Im not generally one to write a negative review, but this was very unprofessional. Not a good experience all around.
