We are very disappointed in this company. My significant other left work early from an extremely busy schedule to meet them at the house to come up with a plan. It was a no call, no show. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and another chance. He did come out, we came up with a plan and then once again, no call/no showed. Weve tried contacting him several times and getting no response :( I never write bad reviews but so dissatisfied with the costumer service here!

I hired Ismael's Landscaping to build a flagstone patio and stucco walls on the back of our townhome in Sedona. Their quote was 1/3 less than similar quotes by Landscaping companies. I felt like because I live in Sedona some other companies were trying to gouge me because they apparently think anyone who lives in Sedona has lots of money. Not true. In any case, Victor and his crew were awesome. Victor was responsive to both emails and phone calls, the crew showed up on time, worked hard, were very professional, completed the job quickly (within two weeks of starting) and did a high-quality job. I am very happy with my new patio and highly recommend this company.

I got 3 bids and Ismaels was $2400.00 less than the highest bid. They were able to get us done right away. Victor and his crew showed up on time and worked hard and at a fast pace. All were very professional and pleasant and they did a fantastic job. Will definitely call them again. Services: Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal
