        Originally gave one star with this review: "Sent documents to the wrong email address then called to ask why we didn't respond. After closing, we didn't get our money transferred to our account after 2 days and called to find out why. Apparently, no one had clicked the send button. Competency is not a strong suit for this company." Then I was contacted by the company and they acknowledged that they had made mistakes and apologized. They reimbursed my transaction fees and most importantly said they were going to use my case for a lessons learned discussion with their staff so they don't make these mistakes again. I really appreciate this.

        I recently purchased a home in Cottonwood, AZ and the title company handling the escrow was Yavapai Title. I can't say enough about the professionalism and caring of these women who basically talked me through the transfer of funds, letting me know what was happening and when, then following through. Every email or phone was answered immediately so I was never in the dark regarding the timeline.While signing final docs, Laura carefully explained the object of each page I was signing. Many thanks to Jeanne, Laura and Tami. Thank you, ladies!
