        Night before Thanksgiving my power went out in whole house. The owner of PUR SOLAR sent his crew to repair my panel,and repaired the issue.Iam 80,and sick, plus have many pets that would of had no heat or power til after the holiday. I was so grateful to this special company, and crew that came to my rescue ,to help get the repairs fixed instead of going home early on thanksgiving eve!!!love these beautiful souls that Own and work at Pur Solar Electric!!!         Do not use this company! Purchased solar from PurSolar and my solar stopped working after only 5 years. I now have $30,000 worth of equipment sitting on my house that doesnt work. Company has done nothing to make it right.

        I called to get a simple 50 amp RV hook up plug add to are power box the guy was here less then five mins and said they would be back in the next few days it's a super easy job and it cost under 200 bucks well a week later after paying 65 bucks for less then five mins of the man's time I finally call to find out why I hadn't heard anything and wait two more days to finally get the quote and it's 352 bucks after being told it would be under a 200 dollar job I don't understand stand why the guy would give me price and it's 150 more then I was told

        Had some one show up at my door at 9'oclock at night, started his spill told him I was not interested and the responce that I got was you would probably not colifey any ways. Is that because I have a job???????????

      Morgan, we have tried to help you over the last two years. We have told you and your lawyer that it is not a Pur Solar workmanship problem but a manufacture issue. We told you just like the other 30 customers that got their solar system back up and running to file an insurance claim. All our other customers have done this and have zero complaints. If you need help with doing this let us know, as we have helped other customers.

      Good afternoon don, my name is travis the owner of pur solar and electrical. I had the office go back through our records and we could not find that we ran a call to your house. Could you give me some more info on maybe who it was and what they were there for? You might have our company mixed up with someone else and if not I would like to know who so we can get to the bottom of this.
