        We camped here for two nights in April. We had a site along the river (#35). It was a nice big site, nice picnic table, and view of river. Very clean campgrounds and wonderful friendly staff. Will definitely come back again!

        Rio Verde RV park located on the Rio Verde River is a wonderful place to spend a few days relaxing and enjoying their beautiful campground. I love the ability to walk your dogs up to the Indian Peak or down by the river (but watch out for the stickers). This is a great location and they have great service - they will even come get your propane tank and fill it up for you and bring it back.

      Thank you for the 5-star review Gregory! We LOVE dogs here at Rio Verde! We are currently working on adding some new dog upgrades to the park including a small fenced in dog park toward the front of the park. We are also in the midst of cleaning up those annoying goat head stickers that you mentioned. Unfortunately weeds love the springtime here in the desert. LOL Please bring the pups and come back to visit us soon! All the best, Team Rio
