We went on Wednesday, January 3th morning ( not crowded at all) the buser girl sat us on a wet table, I got up to my car to get paper towels to clean it up my self. We also requested to moved to a different table because it was beeping loud noise next to us. And the waitress said absolutely NO! she cannot be running around. what a joke! As a former server and now restaurant owner you will be running around darling! Thats our job . Maybe consider a less physical job that doesnt cause such a struggle! Best wishes!!! P.S.Obviously we left to Dennys across the street where we already know the girls there are so awesome and consistency on their food and service !

Tried to get a quick sandwich for lunch but sat there about 10 minutes without a server. Gonna go try Randall's.

My husband and I went on New Years Eve morn. The manager explained to us that there would be a 30 minute wait as only one waitstaff person had come in. So it was just the two of them. He was friendly and apologetic in tone. As we walked to our table I noticed two large groups already seated and eating their meals. Not one unhappy person in either group I noted. I also noticed there were no unbiased tables. The place was CLEAN which definitely added to my fine dining experience.Once we got seated our waitress immediately began attending to us, never once complaining or commenting about being short staffed. Our food came in a timely manner and boy did it look good! And it tasted every bit as delicious as it looked. The quantity of food was enough to fill each of us up and take leftovers home. My husband and I eat out weekly and this was by far the best experience in 2023. A big shout out to manager Quint, waitstaff Kelly, cooks Lucien and Michael. I can only rate my order vs the others in my party. I ordered (for takeout) a Tri Tip Dip, served **Thinly sliced on a roll**. With a baked potato. What I GOT were four chunks of inedible meat, heavy on the cumin, but barely cooked (and I like rare). Certainly NOT thinly sliced, no Roll in evidence, the *baked* potato was raw in the center, no au jus either. I am not sure if the meat was actually thinly sliced (like one would for a roast beef au jus dip) if the meat would have been edible, it was impossible to chew. I saved two small pieces for my husband to try, he had one & the other went to the dog. Sad. Rest was thrown out. The others with me had chicken and waffles which they said were good. Very disappointing and I have to say- for a North Easterner who is always thrilled to even FIND a tritip --- mine is far better than this.
