        Foothills handles two properties for me. Its nice to be free from the problems associated with renting. Very quick response to texts or calls. Repairs handled promptly. Easy payment systems in place. Wish I had a few more to rent. Jennifer and Tawnia are responsive as are other staff members.

        My partner and I were looking to move cross country to Arizona without looking at properties in person. With the help of Mayra, she offered to FaceTime us to show us the house (not all property managers even gave us that option). She went out of her way to find out information for us about the internet in the area. Quick to respond and kind. Great experience!

        I would rate 0 stars if it was an option. Poor communication, conflicting information on a day to day basis. And even when you're qualified (overqualified in my case) and can afford the rental on your own they will deny you for having kids or a roommate who doesn't qualify. Take your business elsewhere to people who actually have values for locals of this area.
