Chris Craig , office staff and field staff have great customer service and construction for the building division of this company. The remodel project to enclose an existing Arizona room into livable space took longer than expected due to normal delays with plan/review, plan/approval and field inspections during construction but the end product is well worth the wait. Chris and his staff provide quality service for a fair price. Responded to minor corrections needed in a very timely manner. Thanks for a quality addition.

While we initially had some miscommunication on the scope of the work, Steve came and met with me personally and made it right. He said "I don't have unhappy customers!" and he asked what he could do to make it right. I told him and he agreed and had his crew come back and did a fabulous job on our deck. So while it was rocky to start, I think it says a lot about the company when they will come do a job a 2nd time at no cost. Service: Deck painting

Paid my entire estimate $2k and after upcharged $400. I asked for someone to call and owner Steve Craig called me and not only he wasnt honest to admit was an unethical charge but continuously talked down to me and lied instead of just admitting it was a wrong ripoff charge. Additionally he threatened to list our phone call on any social media post I made so I challenge this business to do just that so everyone can hear our conversation and make their own decision what type of business this is and how is ran.
