I dont even know where to start with how amazing this company is. I had called after a plumber came out and told me my drain issues were to do with maintenance and possibly a root but he quoted nearly $1000 to come back and put a camera down. I talked to Alexis about setting up an appointment the following week to come look but unfortunately it turned into a disaster a few days later with both toilets flooding out the bathrooms. No emergency plumbers would come out as my kids had covid. Alexis arranged for Josh to come and handle everything from outside. He found the root pretty quick but unblocked it initially so we could use the bathrooms again, the next day they jetted out the root. Never set foot in the house! Saved us moving into a hotel for a week until we were out of quarantine. The price was great too. Truly a great company who really cares that you are in a situation. My family thanks you, that was a super stressful situation for me but you guys took it off my hands! Service: Drain cleaning
