Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Imaging Center - Cottonwood

I have been trying to call in for an appointment for an MRI for 3 weeks, each time I am on hold for up to an hour. My time is as valuable as anyone else's time, I don't know what else to do. I still don't have an appointment, I'm on hold again, this time more than a half hour as I write this. When I called back and asked for a supervisor or head of the hospital assistant, I was put in the same stupid queue!!! Somebody needs to do something about this problem, it looks like I'm not the only one who is experiencing this. I'm sure I won't get a response from anyone who reads this from the hospital But the review has to be told.

excellent service & great care! Sadie, the receptionist who checked me in was EXTREMELY friendly, professional & answered all my questions & was VERY helpful. The entire team was extremely pleasant & I would highly recommend this imaging center!!! K. Wilharm

Richard was an amazing technician! I was so very nervous, and he kept reassuring me, instructing me, making me laugh, etc... and just overall a really great experience. He is such an asset to NAH!

These people DO NOT CARE about you. We have had to be on hold 45 MINUTES multiple times. I don't CARE ABOUT your higher than normal call volumes!!! Maybe they're very nice once you get in. Is this the new Optima system causing this? Any 5 star reviews were obviously not left by anyone who had to endure 45 minutes of the worst hold music ever. Of course, we have no other options. Price you pay for living in a nice area.
