Needed changes to two LLC's. First LLC went smooth but the second was attempted in May 2023 and by December 2023 it still hadn't been done despite countless calls to Josh who kept promising but never completed but took the money for an Expedited Service. I eventually learnt how to complete the changes myself.

I hired Josh to prepare a demand letter and paid $350 in full on 7/18, which included fees to have the letter expedited and sent certified mail. I was told I would have the first draft by 7/26. On 7/31 I received the 1st draft, which was full of grammatical errors and incorrect information. I spent the time making corrections and sent it back to him. After numerous inquiries that went unanswered, I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card which Josh finally responded to. On 8/15, I received the final draft, which again had grammatical errors. The letter wasnt sent certified, so I had no proof of delivery and had to print and pay to mail certified myself. I requested a refund of the expedited fee on 8/23, which Josh agreed to refund. As of 10/25 I still do not have the refund and Josh is ignoring my emails. I will be reporting this to the BBB, as I have since learned from others that they have had similar experiences with Josh not complying with promised timelines or responding.
