Jennifer Griffin - State Farm Insurance Agent

I chose State Farm because of a live representative. I was referred by a neighbor. I am very disappointed with the consistent rate increases. They recently caused a overdraft to my account which caused me unnecessary strife because I'm out of work. I was not alerted to the most recent rate increase.

So grateful to be met with kindness and respect in my meeting with Jennifer and her team. She showed me some areas that needed attention in my current policies and at an affordable option to choose State Farm. I felt care from my first meeting with her.

It's been generational; father then daughter and their wonderful staff over the years have always taken great care of my insurance needs. Super friendly too! If all service agents were as reliably responsive and fast as you, life would be so much easier!
