    Poor customer service and over charged for the product my friend received. I called the morning of Thursday March 21st. To order flowers for a friend on hospice. I asked for specifically bright and cheery colors like the Easter bunny bouquet without the Easter stuff which was labeled somebunny loves you on her site for the best at 89.99 as well as a bouquet of similarly bright and cheery colors around 65.00. I had forgotten to give her the names of the parents who were to receive the smaller bouquet for all they were going through. There was no answer so I left a message I called back later that day to confirm they had gotten the message no call back. That evening a friend sent pictures of that was delivered. The first bouquet was worth the 89.00 however the second bouquet wasn't worth 65 in fact I could have gone to sageway, walmart and paid 19.99 to 25.99 and gotten the same bouquet. I had emailed that morning about the experience and my disappointment with zero response. I then called later in the afternoon and someone finally answered stating the owner was not present I explained that I had emailed and my issues she said they had been busy. I am a small business owner so I try to resolve issues in person prior to leaving a bad review I explained this she stated she would have the owner call me. She then called back asked me to send pictures of the bouquets which I did she said the owner would call me in 30 minutes I stopped waiting after a couple of hours. It is not Saturday the 23rd this small business lost all future business from me and I seriously would reconsider if I were you. I spent 182.33 and that was after some sort of discount she said she gave, and this is what I got one nice bouquet one grocery store bouquet and zero customer service especially when it is for someone who isn't going to be here long. I'm actually quite disgusted. I consulted with someone where I am from who has been in the floral industry for over 50 Years who agreed the one that doesn't even have the colors I had asked for looks as if it were shoved in a vase after being bought from a grocery store. Please view the photo one spring color bigger the other was white and maroon( not colors I asked for) and smaller than 65.00's worth. Edit: I advised you via Facebook I never got a call back with pictures of my call log and email log. Not sure what they witnessed but it wasn't calling me! Please stop lying and misleading people to think you had any kind of customer service again check your call logs. Maybe your boss should learn how to operate a phone. No email (you have this), not text( despite you asked me to text the pics) and no phone call or vmail. That's a lie, if you wanted to resolve it you would have apologized and gotten a hold of me. You didn't even try the wonderful world of cell phns keep logs.

Hello Kristi,We are sorry that you feel that way.There were 3 people witness to the owner returning your call to resolve the issue within that 30 minute window that you referred to. There was no answer, so she then left a voicemail. The woman that took your order explained that our minimum is $65 for an arrangement for delivery plus tax and the delivery fee. She explained that you already exceeded the minimum with the first order, and that you did not need to spend $65 on the second order to meet that minimum for us to deliver the second arrangement. She also explained that you would not have to pay the delivery fee twice, as they were both being delivered to the same location on the same day. Here in Arizona the prices may reflect differently than the prices in Washington. The prices of Grocery Store flowers could also reflect a different price than a Flower Shop that sells premium flowers.In the order it was specified that you requested one arrangement similar to the Somebunny Loves you for $89.99, and one Designers choice with bright colors. In the Designer's view those were a mixture of bright colors. Our team was extremely busy, and apologies that it took time to return calls and emails to you. I am unaware of a voicemail left by you.We always do our best to respond to our customers as soon as possible. We would have Happily delivered another arrangement. The woman you spoke to over the phone informed the owner of the conversation. The owner responded, and received no response after she left the voicemail. We could have resolved this issue and brought a more appropriate bouquet. Instead we have received 3 negative reviews from you. We wish you and yours the best, and hope to come to a resolve with you.The Flirty Flower Team
