Starbucks

Arrived 20 mins before closing and the employees were counting money. I knocked on the door and they ignored me and refused to look. Another customer arrived and also irritated that the employees were closing early. There was no sign on any of the windows that the business was closing early. The employees obviously knew they werent supposed to close early and didnt make any eye contact. If you arent going to have set hours, please update your hours of operation so people arent wasting time and money traveling to this location.

They are out of half the menu regularly. The staff is rude and unwilling to do anything because they are always running around with their heads cut off. Dont use the drive thru or you might get stuck waiting 2-3 longer than a normal starbucks drivethru, which is legthy but worth it, at cottonwood it is absolutely not. I drive 20 minutes to the one in camp verde instead, waaaay better!

I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, 2 extra pumps peppermint, extra hot.... they made it a white hot chocolate but made it so hot it took me a few sips to notice I LOVED burning my tastebuds (its what I asked for) but, but, my chocolate. I did come back, and they did make it right for free, but the disappointment when I realized what they had done, it was pretty big.
