        HORRIBLE customer service. I applied online to open a checking account. After waiting about three weeks with no response to my application or my follow-up emails, I called customer service. I was told that my application was denied because they couldn't reach me. They said they called me three times but only received a busy signal each time. Now, I have a cell phone, if I am on the phone, it goes right to my voicemail, so there is no reason why anyone should have received a busy signal. It feels to me like they didn't reach out to me and just made some excuse for not doing their job. Very disappointed in this bank and their staff. Will take my business and retirement funds elsewhere.
