        I cannot believe that reservations are non-refundable, period, no exceptions. That is insane. I do not live in Arizona. I booked one trip, and will likely never use it again, a 1-year travel credit does not cut it. Gave 2 stars because the woman in the phone was nice, but COME ON.

      Thank you for this feedback. We're sorry that our cancellation policy did not align with your travel plans. While we do not offer refunds, we do convert cancelled trips to travel credits. The credits can be used for up-to one year, at any Groome location, or transferred to another individual, by calling the office. We will share your notes with our team and hope to have you on board in the future.
