Marty was a great guy! I really appreciated his business. He worked very efficiently, and quickly. He answered every question, with educated information. He was very flexible and willing to help us get water back on ASAP. He had a GREAT personally, which made the whole 'out of water' experience actually enjoyable! And he was very reasonably priced! We were surprisingly out of running water in our home a few days ago. A friend of my neighbor told me he had a friend who worked on wells. He made a call and the next day Marty called me and came over. He fit me in his busy schedule. Thanks Marty.When Marty arrived, I told him what went down and showed him everything was. He went right to work and explained what was wrong. A fuse and a board needed to be replaced. He explained that my well pump may need to be replaced soon. After he fixed the two things he could, he told me he'd be back probably the next day. He had other appointments that he fit me in between. Two days went by and BAM, I had no running water in the house. I called and left Marty a message and he returned my call. He unfortunately couldn't come out, due to his schedule and referred me to another company he knows. Marty is a really nice guy. Pleasant, professional and knows his stuff. I would gladly deal with him again. Plus, he's in the area. I thank you Marty for rescuing me and my daughter and referring me to Az Pump.Nice to meet you. I'll see you again.
