Very interesting National Historic area. Hard to believe how old the ruins are. Well worth the time if you are in the area. Easy day trip from Casa Grande. Dog-friendliness: We behaved dogs are welcome

Maybe if you're a history/archeology buff, but honestly humans have built amazing things for 10,000 years. Even today people are guilty of incredible accomplishments. Sorry while artifacts are interesting, ruins of mud villages aren't particularly special. Doesn't quite compare to the parthenon or the great wall. Restrooms: Clean washrooms with flush toilets
