They dont pay their employees

Showed up on first day half an hour earlier, laying on the horn on Saturday morning at 8:30am. Never put forth effort to first get to know my disabled sister and brought her home early with no reason that was told at that time. Then found out she wasn't happy with them which says something because I have never had my sister not be happy going with someone, unless she doesn't feel secure or feels uncomfortable. That was the first day. Second day, they NEVER SHOWED UP, no phone call! Called the facility and spoke with the owner. She said didn't know what was happening. Then I finally got called back (but it seems only because I wrote the first part of this review) stating that the Provider, Precious, was so sick she couldn't get out of bed, or even be responsible enough to even call me and let me know before I got my sister up and ready at the door. Acted like I was in the wrong and that I must be review happy. Obviously the owner needs better employees and better business practices. Couldn't believe all of her employees, friends and even herself had to go on the reviews (even right after I wrote mine) to try and get the ratings up that is extremely obvious.
