I love my new floors! With a special needs child and a pet it was time to get rid of the carpet in our home, we went to Grizzly Flooring and we were helped right away by the owner's mother, she was just lovely. They had great options and just what I was looking for, took only a week for them to get my new Vinyl Plank flooring in and it looks so good, I'm very happy

I called for a quote. I had the exact measurements of where I need tile. I was still told someone needed to come in person and that I would get a call back to schedule. That was 3 days ago never received a call. Honestly it's most likely because they were mad that they tried to tell me that the tile I wanted to match the rest of my home probably was not in stock to try and get me to have my entire home retiled. My house was just built 4 months ago. The tile I wanted matched is in stock at every big box store warehouse by the thousands. Nice try I dodged a bullet.

I try to support small business any time I have modifications done to my condo, so I stopped at the Grizzly office in Coolidge to request a cost estimate for getting new ceramic tile installed. The owner showed up to make the estimate. I thought he was a most disagreeable man, and I almost sent him away. In hind sight, I wish I had. Next time, I will go to a big box store. I am sure they would write the correct cost for the floor tile on the work order. I am also sure they would honor everything they promised, in writing, on the work order.
