I assumed the propane tank after the home purchase so did not choose Ferrellgas but continued for 2 years with them. I called Ferrellgas asking for a fill when I was at 10% and was told 14 days out for fill. It was snowing outside and I was very worried. I asked for a urgent fill and was willing to pay a fee. Answer was "no we cannot get out under 14 days." So I decided to change company who could set a new tank and fill in 4 days time. So I called them to come pick up their tank. It was urgent as the other propane company when he moved the tank to set theirs, noted my tank was actively leaking propane. I called Ferrellgas and advised them tank was leaking and customer service lady swiftly accused "the other propane company of abusing their tank and likely caused the leak," very unprofessional. This was 2/25/22 I notified Ferrellgas of their leaking tank. Nobody came. I called on 3/1/22 and left another voicemail advising my tank had an active leak and was concerned and please come pick up tank. Today is 3/10/22 and they still have not picked up their tank and all of the remaining 10% propane leaked out. I am now concerned my remaining gas in tank refund evaporated. But most disappointing is that they have not addressed an "actively leaking tank" and their response times is severely lacking in several areas. All the more reasons why I changed to Yavapai Bottle Gas.
