I was at this place for annuals. Scheduling office and associate doctor told me that all my blood work can be done during same visit. However, when I saw Dr. Carlton, she refused it right away.
This shows that Doctors and rest of staff are not connected and do not provide coherent response. so don't trust them!
Dr. Carlton refused to answer any question that she felt was not related to Obgyn. Not sure how she can separate hormones, blood and other organs to decide which is in her territory. Either Doc is not knowledgeable enough or purposedly not wanting to answer query.
Someone below correctly mentioned that Dr. Carlton is rude and un-professional. She was extremely rude and uncaring in her conversation. She also tried to distract me by pointing how AZ schools are messed up with spring break and summer break compared to Minnesota. Please keep your opinion to yourself!!
If you cannot help patient then you don't deserve this professional degree. I will not visit their office again. They do not even keep phone number at each facility so patients cannot call them. No wonder there were hardly any patients 2 different times I visited them.

Despite 50 people working on one location, they make you wait for at least an hour for your appointment . they need more respect to costumers time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carltons for six years. She is the most professional and genuine provider I have ever encountered. If she were to leave MomDoc, I would follow her anywhere. I not only refer my friends and family to her, but my patients as well, as I am a medical provider, as well. I wish everyone could experience the evidence based practice, compassion, and patience that Dr. Carlton gives each and every one of her patients. I have had several OB/GYN issues over the past several years, including a miscarriage. I have seen other providers in the practice and was underwhelmed.

Andrea Erickson the ultrasound tech is by far one of the best techs Ive had the pleasure of seeing. She is so welcoming and I enjoy seeing her.
