I cant believe this store has a 4 star rating. I have been a j.jill customer for over 20 years and have never spoken to such a rude sales associate. I called to inquire about a new Spring item that came to me via a j.Jill email distribution. She tried to tell me they have them in the store but when she began telling me the colors I then knew that she was not talking about the same product. She said she was so sorry, but they were so busy, implying she didnt want to look up the product number that I gave her. I finally asked for the manager and that was when she told me that they dont carry them. ?? They are in j.jills Spring Peek email that I just received. Neither she nor her manager knew that. This store has other reviews of sales rudeness. Will never contact this store again.

Very friendly and helpful employees, if they had tall sizes in store it'd be perfect.

Very helpful staff and the clothes were on sale, they had many things we were looking for in the colors we wanted. Great experience.

Rude staff. Unhelpful. I went to exchange a shirt and the manager (I cant believe she is actually a manager) was incapable of following their own return policy written on a placard in front of her face. It was ridiculous.
