I have been using Helser brothers hardware for the last few years for almost all of my drapery projects. There are a few things that are worth taking notice of with this company.
1.) the hardware is very well thought out from design, to the thought process of install all the way to shipping. They dont charge any shipping or very little, compared to other well known hardware companies.
2.) the bypass hardware works flawlessly. So many companies just cannot get this aspect right. We are sometimes doing large rods with very heavy drapes and need to have this aspect work right. I can tell they did a lot of R & D to make it work right.
3.) Made in America! I get this stuff fast, and they will rush orders (for a charge) but still a good option to have when I need something quick.
4.) the people are really nice and thorough. If they forget something they are easy to replace it with no issues. And if I forget something sometimes they wont even charge me for it, they just want it to be right.
Just a real pleasure to work with all around, the powder coated finishes are great, the painted ones still function and wont chip. Theres so many more positive things but most people wont read this far so Ill leave it at that.

This company exhibits the MOST STELLAR customer experience in the industry! I have been working with them for years and they truly set the example for customer service! We have engineered custom products together, worked through challenges and they make it easy, fun and the finished product is amazing! I am their biggest fan!

This is a wonderful hardware supplier. They are responsive, provide great product and are always willing to help when needed. The Drapery business is not an easy one.. it's imperative to have vendors that you can count on. Helser is a supplier we can count on. They are a part of our "team".
