        My husband and I have been there multiple times. Its next to where we live and the closest one, so we really were hoping that this would be a good business. First transaction, the sold us an item that looked like it had been used previously to us taking it out of the box. Came back and told them, and they reassured us it wasn't used, despite the obvious evidence that it had been used. Fast forward, we tried giving this place another try, and yesterday my husband went back again for a battery that takes cartridges. We used it for what it could have been 2 hours, no less. And it stopped working. We then tried charging it and seeing if we could detect the problem, but we couldn't. So like any customer, we took it back. They held me there for a while checking to see if it was "user error," and once they figured out the actual battery was broken, what I had told them, they replied with, "Sorry but we don't do any exchanges." DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY SOLD ME SOMETHING BROKEN TO BEGIN WITH! Shame on the business and their operations. I mean, you can't tell that the two that were there, (smoking Hooka in the front like they were customers themselves, if I may add), do not care whatsoever about their job and the customers that walk through there. Asked for one of their names so that I can try and let their boss know, but they laughed and said, "Make it up." WOW I left the broken battery there and simply walked away. I will never spend another dollar there again, and I advice you do the same. There are plenty more smoke shops with better product and better customer service.

        These guys sell faulty equipment that breaks on the first use and will just tell you "tough luck". Do not do business here.
