TERRIBLE - The first time they came out, they sent an email confirming they were there but they sent photos of the wrong pool and hadnâ€™t even come out! After a few weeks of dumping chemicals in my pool, they told me I needed to drain my pool. Their tech broke the handle on my pool equipment. After they acid washed my pool, there are marks where it looks like there is dirt and the owner tried to gaslight me saying maybe they were there before they acid washed it and then said it was probably from my pool vacuum, which is brand new and made of plastic . They donâ€™t respond to text or emails and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the Chandler City of Commerce and I will be filing a small claims court case for the damage to my pebble tech finish.
