Foot Locker

My recent trip to Foot Locker in Chandler Mall was a study in contrasts. On one hand, part of the store was impressively clean and well-organized. The shoes were neatly displayed, and their selection was easy to browse. However, another section of the store was the complete opposite. It felt more like a storage room than a retail space, with items haphazardly placed and a general sense of disarray. This inconsistency in organization somewhat marred my shopping experience. While Foot Locker at Chandler Mall has its strengths in cleanliness and organization in certain areas, the stark difference in another section of the store suggests room for improvement.

Young woman at register very rude. She asked me for my email so a receipt could be emailed. I gave her the info was typed wrong. I did let ker know. She got very mad. I didn't feel comfortable

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional customer service provided by one of your outstanding employees, Cinco, at your Footlocker located in Chandler mall. My recent visit left me thoroughly impressed, not only by the quality of your products but also by the unparalleled level of service I received. I came anticipating disappointment as the Cherry 12s had dropped the week prior, and I was not able to obtain them. Cinco said that she would check the back to see if they had any in stock and as expected they didnt. She then surprised me by looking to see if they were in stock at another location. I was in luck as they Champs down stair had them in stock. She provided me with thorough instructions on how to find the location downstairs and advise that I ask for Sauni. I walked into the Champs location and spoke with Sauni, who had the shoes ready for me. We talked briefly regarding our common interest in this particular shoe and she help complete the transition. What impresses me the most about this transaction is Cinco could have easily stated that we didn't have the shoes in stock which is something that I always encounter. I think her ability to going above and beyond what others do shows a high level of commitment and customer service that you don't see often. I think both of these individuals did an exceptional job of making me feel like a valued customer. If you purchase sneakers as often as I do, I highly suggest visiting both of these locations at Chandler mall. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger quote I'll be back.
