Vans

Ordered a pair of slip-on Vans for my daughter and they did not fit her. When in person to exchange them at the Vans store we got two different color shoes with two different sizes how to drive 40 Mi back to the store the next day to get the correct size and color so yeah check your shoes before you leave to make sure they're the same size in the right pair

I had a great experience here today with Brad, what a nice guy! They were out of the size pants I was looking for, and Brad went above and beyond for me by calling a few of the Vans stores in the area to see if they had the size of the pants I was looking for. Brad showed me excellent customer service and is a big reason I would come back to this location. We also shared a nice conversation afterwards, and it was nice to connect with him on a personal level. Keep up the great work by hiring people like Brad!

Great store, everything is laid out well with plenty of space to move around. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. Ended up getting an Arizona Vans t-shirt, which are very difficult to find.
