Honey + Vine Restaurant at Santan Mountain

Terrible service. Met friends for dinner, took forever to get drinks, water tasted disgusting, our empty plates sat on or table even after we were offered dessert. They never offered to refill or drinks. Nice clean place, food was a little spicy. Will never eat there again.

The worst service ever! It wasn't even a full restaurant. The service was very slow we waited over 20 minutes for our drinks. THe server never offered to refill our waters, but the water tasted like Canal water and when we were done eating nobody came to clear the plates off of our table even though she did come by and asked if we wanted dessert. Also pay attention to your bill, they automatically put a 20% tip on your bill!! Service definitely NOT WORTH 20%!! The server was asked to put whipped cream.on one of drinks, but was not served that way. When the server said she would bring it, she forgot. Will never eat there again!!

I don't know how this restaurant only has a 3.3 rating. We come here all the time and have never had a bad meal. It's so good!

Went there last night, took 40 minutes before we were served water. We ordered the salmon, prime rib and scallops with short ribs. The salmon came out raw, sent it back, they cooked a new one and the outside was burnt the inside was still raw. This means they use frozen salmon for a 30 dollar plate. The scallops were great, short rib was real tough. 42 dollars for 3 scallops and 2 tiny piece of short rib. The prime rib was fine, they just salted the outside and definitely cooked in an oven.
