JINYA Ramen Bar - Chandler

Really cool restaurant. The food was very delicious. Would definitely eat here again when I am in the area. If you like ramen, definitely stop in.

My vegan red fire opal ramen was delicious. Ive had a lot of bland ramen around the valley but JINYA is definitely not those places. The flavor and heat were spot on. I got it hot and was perfect. Will definitely try again.

I lived in Okinawa for 3 years, so I know authentic ramen when I see it and taste it. This was not it. The fact that this is considered a ramen bar and they didnt even have the option of shoyu broth was pretty disappointing. My daughter asked for a poached egg in her ramen and they said they could only do soft boiled. To me, if you are a full kitchen with 0 other customers, I dont quite understand how you cannot do a simple poached egg that takes 2 minutes to cook. The noodles were overcooked in the chicken ramen my mom ordered. I had the pork chasyu bowl and was underwhelmed and didnt care for the cold shitake mushrooms. The gyoza was also deep fried instead of pan fried/steamed and they were just ok. The only thing I actually enjoyed from everything we tried was the karage chicken that came with my daughters kids meal. All in all, dont call yourself authentic if youre going to elevate all the traditional dishes to a point that its so Americanized that you cant consider it Japanese food.
