Very busy restaurant with nice people, but my order was missing a key ingredient that I didn't notice until the end. I knew my food wasn't as good as the last time, but I assumed something had changed. Turned out the server just forgotten to bring it. Luckily, this location is an hour from home, so I won't have to worry about a 'next time'. Also, we asked for separate checks, and my friend ordered herself an appetizer. I didn't notice until I got home that the server put half of it on my bill.

just ordered online via uber eats and was so excited because i did not want to cook tonight. ordered 2 entrees: one with steak, mashed potatoes, street corn and fries. this entree was missing the mashed potatoes and added avocado to the steak and asparagus on the side instead..why??? the 2nd entree was half ribs half chicken crispers, corn on the cob, and fries. 2nd entree was missing the chicken crispers and the corn on the cob. again, asparagus was added and i did not choose this. also ordered chips and salsa. no salsa came with the chips. such a disappointment as the order came up to around $90 including tip. uber eats didnt care and only refunded me $9. i just dont understand how a simple order could be so wrong and how do you forget salsa with the chips? food and delivery is way too expensive for chilis to be messing up the order.
