Denny and his wife Tricia were great to work with. We met with them and expressed that we wanted to buy a new build and Denny has a background in housing development/construction so that was a huge plus and a main reason me and my husband chose him. He showed us a couple options and we decided on the 2nd place we looked at. Denny and Tricia were fantastic and knew the right questions to ask the rep for Meritage Homes. He even stopped by our home multiple times to check on the development and make sure everything looked good. We met with them both and he answered all of our questions and removed any doubts or concerns we had. Both Denny and Tricia made us feel comfortable and we trust them, theyre both warm and easy to get along with people. Denny was always available by text or call to talk me off the cliff and offered to sit with us and write a budget and determine how much house we could afford. Both Denny and Tricia are so sweet and they truly care about you as people, theyve continued to stay in touch 2 years after close and we would be happy to work with them again when were ready to sell.
