Our home buying experience in Arizona could not have been easier.
We moved from Texas back to Arizona and two family members recommended Desert Properties Realty, as both of them had used Carol more than one time to buy a home.We looked at 50 homes in August and September of 2019, before the Pandemic started. The temperature was about 112 in the valley and Carol met us anytime we asked her to.When we met at her office, Carol introduced us to Shannon, her husband. We felt very comfortable with him too, as they are a team and both so easy to work with.The home we bought in Gilbert was exactly what we told Carol we were looking for. We highly recommend them and we would not use any other Realtors in our future home purchases.

This was my first home purchase, while it was very exciting, there were also many moving parts to navigate and everyone knows house buying is a stressful process. At least I thought it was a stressful process. Shannon and Carol made the process so seamless and simply amazing. I was not stressed one bit from start finish. Carol was always available to answer my questions and quick to show me properties I was interested in seeing. When I found the perfect home, she jumped on top of helping me getting my offer written and accepted. She provided such a wealth of knowledge to me during the home search and buying process. I truly felt like I had someone in my corner with my best interest at heart. Desert Properties will be my real estate team going forward!! I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about buying or selling!! Thanks again Carol and Shannon! I love my home!!
