Love this pharmacy!

Well, I was there on my way back from the clinic. They said they need 2 hours to prepare. Then I went back home, after about one hour, I got a message from them at 12:46. I was there 13:05. They said they were on the lunch break until 13:30. If they have told me on the message they will be on the lunch break. I wont be there and wait for almost half hour.

Terrible experience!! I had my second Covid-19 shot at this Fry's pharmacy and the pharmacist didn't sign my card, went back the next day to have the card signed and was told that it would take 2 hours to take care of it. Went back for the third time and talked to the manager who tried to blame me for the card not getting signed "did I forget my card?" and "why did I not notice it wasn't signed?" Really Susan "sorry for the inconvenience" would have been a more appropriate way to have handled this customer service opportunity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DISORGANIZED, DIRTY, RUDE PHARMACY!!

Absolutely the worst pharmacy this side of the Mississippi! They shortchanged me by three weeks of blood pressure pills and when I tried to refill the script I was told it was too early. Once I explained I didnt have enough pills to last me because they shortchanged me I was told they would refill for Good RX price. Six days later when I go to pick up I find out they never refilled the script and say they cant do it without a new script! Completely incompetent, untrustworthy people. Im moving my scripts to CVS because they lie to you and they cant count pills!! Zero stars if I could give this rating.
