This company is amazing! The product they use really works! When I moved into my home I had a ton a scorpions. As soon as they came and sprayed I did not see not one scorpion, or any bug. Hands down best pest control for Arizonan familys. All the staff is very nice, courteous and polite. I will continue to use their service for as long as their business keeps boomin.

Steve and Missy were very friendly and informative upon our initial inspection. With my family and I being new to AZ, they addressed my concerns about keeping scorpions and spiders at bay and even gave me some history on the area and common pest concerns. Yesterday I met Ivan, who works for the company. Ivan was friendly and communicative about the service he was providing. He also has great knowledge of pest control and the products used to control them. 5 stars all the way for this team! Service: Bug & insect extermination

They pretty much got rid of all the scorpions that in one shot! Nicest people you could ever meet, excellent service and they do what they say they are going to do.

I have never been more happy than with Vault!  we had a real scorpion problem and they came right away!  The nicest people I have met and so knowledgeable. took care of my problem and have not seen any since!!!!  highly recommend!!!!

We are a small business who opened our doors in the middle of the pandemic (June 2020) and have been faced with all the challenges the pandemic brought with endless restrictions and/or operating limitations while simultaneously growing a new business. We just celebrated our 2yr business anniversary & took a company trip to California to enjoy some team time & a day at universal studios. Our business was closed for 2-days. Upon our return and arriving at the salon we found thousands of little black beetle bugs and/or crickets, spiders and other bugs Al throughout the salon, it was totally infested that we can to closed our door, because you couldnt stand in on spot without a bug crawling up on you. They were at our from lobby, front desk, all 9 stations and both treatment rooms. We called Vault and we cant say enough about this company. Missy & Steve absolutely exceeded our expectations, they were mindful of our small business, they expressed how important it was to them to get us back open and how impactful being closed is for a small business. The customer service we experienced, the professionalism they have shown, the knowledge they shared will leave you feeling confident that not only have they treated the situation but also have treated the source. Missy & Steve are truly a team, I highly recommend them and their company. They are experts and what they do, their knowledge brings you reassurance, their services are THE BEST and knowing that both the situation and source have been treated leaves you feeling like you got the best pest control coming in the valley hands down. While the salon was closed, and we were out of state their were storms that occurred while we were gone that brought these little black beetle (water bugs) into the salon and after one treatment instantly the died upon contact. We spent the remainder of the day just sweeping up and finding dead bugs everywhere. Highly recommend Vault Pest Control, Thank you for such an incredible experience. We appreciate you guys so much.
