Went in to sell a dog training item. The woman and man behind the counter were super friendly, fair and pretty funny. We laughed alot during the transaction. Not to mention they have a great array of items for sell including brand name sneakers! Like alot of them! Looking for something unique, highly recommend seeing what they have on hand. Ill be going back there for sure.

I took my iPhone to this location to pawn. I was given the fair pawn amount. I learned when I satisfied the loan had the phone in my possession there was a number I knew nothing about. I was blindsided regarding this number that was connected to my Apple ID. I called Apple told them the problem, they continued to ask had I let someone else borrow my phone. I said no. I was informed by an Apple expert that the number I was unaware was input in my phone, the professional Tec requested to speak with the pawn shop manager. Susan had attitude and begin talking about her surveillance as if a surveillance you cant alter. The conversation i remember having with Karen regarding cell phone pawning that they had it with customers coming into their store with iPhones and then calling Apple support declaring the device stolen. I was then told by this pawn shop how they had boxes of useless iPhones stored in their back room. Susan and Karen told me how they contacted Apple and they seem not to be concerned with this insurance fraud. Nevertheless, this being brought to my attention I should have pawn my iPhone somewhere else, or pawn something elses. During the phone conference call the Apple rep and I knew were being lied to.. the number I didnt recognize was put in my settings to keep the pawn shop in control over my phone in other words as the IPhones my phone would never be useless to them. I kept this review to myself they had another pawn of mine and I didnt want them strewing with that. I am having that check. Susan stayed in the back as I picked up this pawn playing an evangelist preaching on the radio she sent here boys out to the front to handle the transactions. I asked why did it take 2 reps to do a single transactions kills birds in a storm Oh. I smirked lie getting thick, basically Susan wanting me to satisfy the loan and get out of her store ASAP. I told the rep this is good because I dont want to be in a pawnshop no longer then I have to. During all of this absol no eye contact. People who lie when caught hide and avoid eye contact. Last if Susan was falsely accused by Apple and me while returning to here store to pick up my last pawn . A Christain blaring evangelical preaching would have came out from the back and created small talk and would have wanted to know how the Apple situation turned out. It took 2 weeks for Apple senior advisors to get this number removed. Regardless no one brought her story however 1% if we were wrong God forgave 77X7. God doesnt avoid get agitated when caught. In addition being a hypocrite and lying are not attributes of God .God Proverbs 15:3 knows who put that number in my phone I hope they learn your corrupt ness and lies will eventually catch up with you. We reap what we sow I had know issues with the pawn store taking extra steps to protect them. I if I were a manager of a pawn shop and experience dis honest customers delivering insurance fraud. I would nt except cell phones. Therefore I understand the unaware number being installed on my phone, the good has to suffer with bad. However. I dont understand the deflecting attitude and their lies Last these other reviews are troubling and I strongly question .
