Arizona Pain

Everyone at Arizona pain Center are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Every time Ive been in to the facility which has been for about 4 1/2 five months now Ive had no issues at all. Dr. Myers and his assistant have been able to take care of all my issues and pain that Ive had. I feel they truly care about all of their patients. Thank you all.

This place has the worst customer service. They put you on hold without evening telling you they will. My mom has a mild surgery appointment, and they canceled it due to her insurance situation and informed us that they would find another facility to do her surgery, and that was since December. Until now, we haven't heard from them, and every time I call, they say they will call back. That didn't happen. And everyone I spoke to was rude and unprofessional! I do not recommend this place if you are in pain. My mom got worse cause we have been waiting.
