        I have enjoyed working with Stepping Stones Pediatric as a home health occupational therapist since before the pandemic. Despite all the change and struggle in the world, I have been supported and guided all along the way as to how best serve others while maintaining my own self care. The owner and her support staff are there for each therapist as well as for their clients. I set my own schedule, receive instant answers and feedback when needed, and the pay is very competitive under my 1099 contract. If you are seeking a great opportunity in the field, I highly suggest applying to Stepping Stones Pediatric.

        One of my kiddos receives OT through Stepping Stones and we LOVE her therapist. Always communicative, on time, shows up, explains everything she does, and my little one is doing so much better with her fine motor skills now! Our therapist is patient and friendly with my child and our whole family. I am truly impressed. We have been using Stepping Stones for months now since I think February? I would recommend to anyone!
