If I could give negative stars I would! These people left my family member (from a nursing home) outside of the building sitting in a wheelchair waiting for transportation with no assistance for an hour. Not even a cup of water!!!

I've been a patient here for 3 years. I've only seen one provider and he has been absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, over the last year the front office and MAs have failed him miserably. The front desk will leave you on hold for 40+ minutes, MAs will return phone calls in 3-4 days, maybe. Getting ahold of anyone at this facility is like pulling teeth. My final straw; I had a negative interaction with an RX and called for assistance. The first MA I spoke to - I explained exactly how I needed help and he took the lazy route. I also had to explain to him the difference between name brand and generic medication. The second MA that called me back was less than helpful as well, mainly because I explained I did not want to talk to the first MA again - so she was upset. The only reason I got a call back today is because I drove to the office and requested one. I'll be looking for a new doctor, which truly makes me sad because this one actually cares for his patients.

DO NOT get your MRIs here if you ever want to see the results! I had three MRIs of the brain and spine. After multiple requests to the "records" department for the results, I left a message (you never get to talk to a person!) for Dr. Rabin's assistant. She left me a VM stating it is "office policy" not to give patients the results of MRIs. WHAT!!! That is ridiculous. My insurance paid for those tests. If I had known of this policy, I would have gone to SimonMed instead. Now I am locked in to this facility for medical care. This is medical extortion at it's worst! I will never have another test here, and I am filing a complaint with my insurance carrier and any oversight bodies I can find. I am sure there is some law being broken by withholding medical records.
