Completely destroyed a transaction for me. He did not communicate to us the details of our loan until I had called him out on the fact that he had put us in over our head for closing costs. He overvalued my bank knowingly to allow me to qualify for a loan I couldn't afford and then had points bought without my knowledge. I lost thousands of dollars due to his negligence and unprofessionalism. He couldn't even muster up an apology when I called him about it, instead shifting blame onto me for terminating the transaction and telling me the opposite of what he had been telling me earlier. Do not use this company if you are needing a mortgage, he will only screw you and never look back.
