On behalf of me and the rest of the people, Loan Depot has put me through the longest and most stressful process of a refinance I have ever been through and I honestly would not refer them to my worst enemy. I would like to specifically call out the names of Terrance Jones, who has actually made thing a lot more difficult than they should have been in the process and Jenny Coblentz who gave me incorrect documents multiple times and was not even able to answer one of my calls after I reached out EVERY SINGLE DAY and still expect business!!!
