Just closed on our new home using a VA loan and Bell Bank made a chaotic buying experience very smooth. If I mentioned all the crazy things that came up during this process it would sound made up. Just know that Bell Bank made sure were taken care every step of the way. Jaxon was phenomenal and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Wow!! I had an amazing experience! This was my first time buying a house so I really had no idea what I was getting into. I am so grateful to have Jaxon and Eric help me through this whole experience! He took the time to answer the many, many questions I had. He was always responsive in a timely manner and honestly made every step of the process so easy for me. When making such a huge financial decision you want someone who is personable that really listens to what is important to you. That is exactly what i experienced! Jaxon would also search different ideas or opportunities that I didnt even know existed to find what works best for me! He was extremely timely with documents and communication which was so important during this housing market. The market was tough and Jaxon was patient with me and kept me on a path to success! The best part is he continues to be helpful and supportive! I still have questions every now and then but I know I can truly count on Jaxon to help me. I am so happy with my house and thankful I had Jaxon and Bell Bank to help me!

Eric was a true hero in handling of our loan process. He was honest and reliable in his commitments. Often I have witnessed that lenders do not disclose all fees and charges when doing RE loans,. We knew up front the estimated charges so we could budget and plan for this mortgage. I was surprised he was able to approve us so quickly and professionally. We appreciate his service. Although he is not prefect and has some room for improvement. I am happy to recommend him and his company to others.
