        I have used Thomas Gessner and Academy Mortgage twice. The last time was a refinance. I was doing it on my income. I was informed by his staff they could put my wife on the title. When the person came out for me to sign my papers. My wife was not on there. The notary called them. They told him to just have me sign the papers and they would fix it. They never fixed it. I text and emailed Thomas quite a few times and recieved no response When I was doing the refinance I would get immediate assistance. Now that it's all done crickets. So make sure You get what was promise before you sign anything.
