The smoothest experience I could have imagined buying my first home with Jeff Van Eaton and Van Eaton Mortgage. Since it is my first home purchase, I suppose I might not know the difference...but I do know that from the first call to the last signed document, Jeff took a personal interest in making sure that my wife and I got the home we wanted. Jeff's interest in us as clients and his knowledge of the industry were immediately apparent, when he reached out to us to let us know how unusual our particular situation was and that he wanted to move quickly to make sure that we didn't miss out on the opportunity.
