I have been going to Protea for at least 7 years now I see Michelle Glienecki. She's wonderful. She's helped me when other Drs. Said it was just menopause and stress of being a business owner. I knew that was not it. Michelle confirmed that I was right the same day I went to see her. She ordered labs and guess what She was 100% right. It was more then menopause.

I have never experienced such amazing care in all of my years of being a patient and working in the medical field. The doctors at Protea care SO much about their patients and truly love what they do. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming and they always go above and beyond to make sure Im taken care of!

Been attending Protea for well over 10 years, on/off. Knew Brendan when he was in Tempe. Stuff changed over the years, went from a zen feeling atmosphere to a corporation, hired a ton of zero-knowledge staff and let his wife run his office into the ground. Now, its just an overpriced haven for people who believe naturopathy comes with a hefty price tag. Fact is; theres better out there. My most recent visit, I overheard staff behind their sliding glass window in the lobby talk trash about clients, myself included, people like Terri who stated if she ran into some clients she would refuse to give them service, or even fire them if she had the chance. Hearing staff talk so ill about their paying clients is pathetic on all levels. You come to get medical assistance and youre met with unanswered phone calls, voicemails pile up, assistant not received, and so on down the pipeline. My mother used McCarthy for years and left due to how office staffing is run, as she notes it is terrible; we have several family friends who all went elsewhere for the same reasons. They took away their discounts after purchasing so many take-home shots, and various other price changes, only to benefit themselves. You can visit any other NMD in the valley and be met with discounts for bulk orders, and much better run offices, lead by leaders and office professionals. I once called in and asked for hours, they said they were open all day, I showed up at 1pm and was met with a company picnic, notice on the door, they left at noon; upon calling no notice on the phone service to tell customers of the early close, and no office staff knowledgeable let alone intelligent enough to tell me the office closed early. Highly suggest moving to a new location if you have the insight to save yourself some money, and the unprofessional hassle of dealing with this terrible corporation-run company. Props to Dr. Murdoch, shes got to be the only reason this office stays afloat, even shes too good for it. - unprofessional staff that badmouths their customers/clients - unprofessional run office, headed up by someone who knows nothing of business - overpriced services - inclining prices - zero customer-relations
