If you are looking for a fantastic medical team that is easy to schedule, call Pinon Family Medicine. You will be greater by a wonderful and kind front desk staff. First, you will be called back by a quick and polite nurse/murse. Then you will see one of their knowledgeable, kind, caring, and fabulous doctors. They all practice active listening and do not rush your appointment. They have a portal that is simple to learn, and they respond promptly to emails. This is close to concierge medicine without the fee. Don't hesitate to try them on and see if they fit.

Coin operated fortune teller. I have gone here since 2020. Dr. Sheppard has failed to diagnose, treat, refer and come up with any treatment plan in that time. I have suffered from injuries I received as a Deputy Sheriff and I spend everyday in agony. Dr Sheppard has failed to get to the bottom of this or determine if there are any underlying conditions that are preventing me from spending a day without pain. To add insult to injury(s) I had my check up a few days ago and updated her on everything, I asked for X-rays to see what else is causing pain. I was called back the next day by the tech who cant explain what my X-ray means I wait all day for Dr Sheppard to finally call. She calls after business hours to ensure she could do her coin operated least and explains what the X-ray means so she refers me to a pain specialist, which she did over a year ago with little pain relief. So instead of digging deeper and trying something else say sending me to a rheumatologist.. she just decides I should see a different pain specialist. Hope you can remember this specialist this time Doc! I requested a second medical opinion through my insurance and turns out because Dr. Sheppard failed to do a single thing in 2 YEARS, beside collect the checks, I cant because there is no actual treatment plan in place. Save time, throw your money in a fountain and save a trip to Dr. Sheppard.
