        Our newborn is a new patient at Crossroads and we love all of the staff & Dr. Madrid! Everyone is really nice and helpful and the doctor takes his time during exams, which we really appreciate.

        Reached out on Feb 15th to schedule a Meet the Doctor appt. Received an email response back same-day and replied same-day. Since then, I have followed up again on Feb 25th with no email response. Unfortunately never had the opportunity to meet the doctor and schedule an appt. Very disappointed.
