Since this practice turned into Optum, its a jet fuel dumpster fire. Husband came in for blood work at 4PM. Got into the exam room and was told "oops our lab closes at 3:30PM." Simply Amazing! If you want frustration and wasted time; come here. If not, go literally anywhere else.

I agree with all these reviews. This place has went downhill fast. Always have to wait on hold for at least 15 minutes to get a script filled. You walk in to check in and line is out the door. The quality of service and customer service is just not there anymore. I as well will be looking for a new office. Sad because the young ladies at the front desk are so sweet even though this practice is clearly understaffed and the quality of service has went downhill.

I have used this office for over 30 years, but since the switch to Apricus the service has been horrible. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get through on the phone. I have to call multiple times just to get a prescription refilled. No one ever calls back as promised. I would no longer recommend this office to a one.

I have been with Warner Family practice for about 20 years. It was a wonderful one-stop center founded and overseen by Dr. Merle Turner. You had the same primary physician for many years and could usually see him/her in the next day if urgent. Annual physicals were a breeze as almost all tests could be carried out in house. Unfortunately Dr. Turner retired a few years ago and has had to watch his creation sytematically dismembered. Live-well was split off and what was left was taken over by chains - first Apricus and now Optum or both - it is hard to tell. No-one knows what is going on, and the people still working that I know are quietly apologetic and concerned. There is a chronic shortage of staff and a large churn. You are more likely to see a PA than a doctor (not always bad). The front staff struggles - I called Monday to say I was leaving for another practice and was on hold for 20 mins and then transfered to a mail box that was "full". I did get through this morning after 20 mins and cancelled all future appointments. No interest taken in why I was leaving - I guess it is common at the moment - and at least frees up resources for others. Maybe someone can get this train back on the tracks - I hope so - but until you start seeing reports different from this - my advice is to stay away. This is not an isolated example in the valley - doctors offices joining these chains who value efficiency over patient care. I see it in many of the specialist offices I go to. But Warner Family Practice does seem to be uniquely sufferring. Dr Turner took decades building this wonderful and pretty unique facility and corporate medicine has managed to come in and undo most of that work in two or three years.
